Mirakuru is the Sapporo sister restaurant of "Darumaya", a jingisukan specialist with over 20 years in Tokyo. They use only the shoulder loin cut, obsessing over every detail of slicing, grilling and heat.
The fresh lamb is wonderfully juicy yet finishes clean and light — even guests who think they dislike lamb are often amazed at how easy it is to eat.
With just 10 counter seats, the staff grill alongside you and teach you the best way to enjoy each cut — so even first-timers can relax and savour it.
